Overall
"It's too late...you had your chance...and I'm just getting started."
Name:Jason Todd
Code Name: Red Hood
Gender: Male
Age:19
Birth Date:16th August
Affiliation:Bat Family (Neutral)
Occupation: Vigilante Gang Leader
Age Looks: 21
Appearance: Standing at a solid six foot (6’0”) and weighing in at 190lbs (86Kg)this big Ex Robin has trained his body to the peak physical condition that one might expect after wearing the Boy Wonder Mantle and training with the Bat for a number of years, though with the training his chiselled body is covered with all kinds of battle wounds, especially after his death. Following his resurrection, Jason took on the Joker's old mantle of the Red Hood. His interpretation however involved jeans, a t-shirt, and a biker's jacket. He wears two masks. The first being a red-domino mask, fixed in place with spirit gum, and includes a built-in radio transmitter/receiver and Starlite night-vision lenses. His gauntlets and boots each contain eight compartments in which he can store items. His second mask was a metallic red hood, which offered many of the same functions as his mask, though also added better protection for his face. Lastly with the help of the Lazarus pit came a small change to his appearance, a streak of his hair has become grey/white and although some say this makes him look older, it adds a touch of something to his looks.
Personality:
Jason can be a conflicted individual. He tends to have a very light-hearted and almost brash personality and a great sense of humour, and yet his cold and calculated actions rarely actually reflect any sense of brashness. Despite his outward demeanour, he has a finely honed and disciplined demeanour. He thinks ten steps ahead and yet doesn't always let on when there's a greater picture at hand in his head.
He has an extreme sense of justice; he doesn't believe that the legal system does much of anything to keep criminals from harming the innocent, that it's all just a revolving door. He'd rather bloody his hands and kill a murderer or an abusive husband than allow them to simply be released on some technicality simply so they can do the same again. He doesn't kill because he enjoys it, he kills as a means to an end, and his end is the protection of the innocent. He's by no means a psychopath, though the Lazarus Pit may have given him the slight nudge he needed to do what needs to be done, this direction of his personality was inevitable one way or the other.
He'd fight but never kill anyone who didn't deserve it. As much as he hates Bruce for not avenging his death, he also cares about him too much to gain some sort of murderous retribution. He worries for the safety of Batman's partners, knowing that they're out there following a flawed moral code, a code that'll get //them// killed in the end too. But he's not above working with them if it'll bring them out alive, or any other hero. But as far as other heroes who are willing to kill go? He may not have the most favourable view of them, because who he thinks should or shouldn't die could be very different from another hero's.
He's also incredibly driven and resourceful. If he needs to learn something, or spend six hours walking very slowly through a security system, he'll do it for the greater good. He's not a person who gives up easily, and he's come a long way from the reckless boy he used to be. He used to have so much unfocused anger and rage, but now it's all channelled into what he believes to be productivity. There is very little he'll allow to stop him from what he needs to do, but he has a soft spot for many of the people he met before his death. He's not unreasonable, he can be talked out of doing something, it's just not particularly easy.

Background:
Jason grew up in the Crime Alley area of Gotham. His father was Willis Todd, a petty criminal who was sent to prison and left him with Catherine Todd. He believed Catherine to be his mother, and took care of her for weeks as she died of a drug overdose. Willis disappeared and was killed by Two-Face not long after, leaving Jason to fend for himself in their condemned apartment.
At around fourteen he was caught by Batman after stealing the tires off the Bat mobile, and was put into what seemed like a good school for troubled youths. But it turned out to be a cover for a crime ring, and assuming Batman wouldn't believe him, tried to stop them from robbing a museum on his own. Luckily Batman showed up at the same time, and they stopped the robbery together. This led to Jason's adoption, and being taken on as the second Robin.
After six months of hard training, and getting a full education that involved various technologies and computer sciences, his first mission as Robin led to him learning that Two-Face was the killer of his father. He didn't initially tell Batman, he tried to kill Two-Face, leading to him getting away. But he eventually learned not to fight for revenge, and they successfully captured the madman.
A year later, a serial rapist named Felipe Garzonas avoided punishment for his crimes because of his father's diplomatic immunity. When one of the victims committed suicide, Jason went after Felipe without Batman, and the Dark Knight arrived in time to see Felipe falling from the building. Jason said Felipe got scarred and slipped, but left room for plenty of doubt due to how rough he could be with criminals.
By sixteen, Jason became increasingly reckless, disobeying Bruce and almost being shot multiple times. He angrily leaves when Bruce tells Alfred that he may ask Jason to take a break, and returns to his old neighbourhood. He goes through some of his old things, and eventually learns that Catherine wasn't his mother. All he knew was that his mother's name began with an S, and found three such name in his Father's old address book. He used the Bat computer to look them up, not telling Batman due to not believing he'd be interested in helping.
He goes from woman to woman, ending up in the Middle East where the Joker also was at the time. He finds his mother, but the Joker was also friends with her, and blackmails the woman. When Jason goes after them, he finds her again, and she tells him that the Joker is gone. But of course this was a lie, and the Joker proceeded to brutally beat Jason with a crowbar, and betrays his mother, leaving them to die. His mother laid there unconscious, both of them next to a bomb, and he tried to shield her just as it exploded. Batman arrived just in time to find Jason's body in the rubble.
Jason was in a very deep, death-like state, so deep that it escaped even Batman's finely tuned senses. On one rainy night he dug himself from his own grave, walking over twelve miles before falling unconscious. He was found by a couple and taken to the hospital, where he'd slip into a coma. He woke up and escaped, but he was partially catatonic and had severe brain damage. He lived on pure muscle memory and instinct, eventually attacking a petty criminal who recognized his techniques and called in a few contacts for a reward. Talia al Ghul got wind of this and had Jason brought to her.
Ra's al Ghul heavily discouraged doing anything except protecting him out of respect for Bruce, but Talia disobeyed and pushed him into the Lazarus Pit to heal his mind. He eventually learned that Batman didn't avenge his death, that the Joker was simply arrested again. He danced with the idea of killing Batman and the Joker multiple times, but eventually decided that he wanted to face Batman man to man.
Talia helped him, mostly to stall him from killing Batman. She sent him to assassins, bomb experts, terrorists, and martial arts masters, anyone who could bring Jason closer to his goal. Meanwhile Jason killed every single one of his masters, realizing that each of them were evil in their own way, not feeling right about actually leaving these people to hurt the innocent. And after three years he told Talia that this didn't seem like it was about killing Batman anymore, and that he knew she was stalling him due to her feelings for Bruce. But she suggested that instead of killing him, he hit the Dark Knight where it hurts, show that he can clean up Gotham without the moral codes, that he can take back the city in his own way.
So now, at nineteen, he's returned to Gotham, taking the mantle of Red Hood, wanting to give the city a new kind of hero.

Skilled Swordsman: Jason has been shown to be skilled enough to hold his own.

Strengths: ~Intimidating: Not only training under the cowl of the most intimidating man on the planet, THE Batman, Jason has taken what he has learnt watching and added his own twisted sense into it, making him more than a horror in a red mask.
~Stealth: Though he wasn’t as good as his predecessor, Dick “Nightwing” Greyson, and once again calling upon his training as a Robin and with the help from the League of Shadows Jason has excelled at becoming one with the Shadows, and as silent as the Ninjas of legend.
~Kill Factor: Jason isn’t scared to pull the trigger on people, or wound them beyond call, he will maim but only kill if they deserve it, otherwise he’ll just make them pray for death.
Weaknesses:
~Mortal(kinda…): Jason may have died once, and does not want to go through it again anytime soon, but he is still just a man at the end of the day like anyone of the Bat Family.
~Anger: With being in the Lazarus pit Jason has a touch of a cracked Psyche, and as such his normally ‘quick temper’ has now become a full rage and if the buttons are pressed properly he can be forced to make some less than smart decisions.
~Womaniser: Being an average man, one that had his pubescent years taken from him, sometimes Jason doesn’t think with the brain on his head, and as such can, at times, be taken under by a convincingly charming woman.

Sample RP:
It had been a day or two since the crew had managed to scrape together an exit from Loguetown, the captain battered and bruised, their new doctor not much better, the rest of the crew seemed to barely make it out of their own respective fights, and hell the young and headstrong Daniel and seemingly fearsome Kailey had been beaten but were lead back to the docks with a younger spry lad, named Alex, who claimed to be of use to the captain, and bought his passage. Plus he had helped to annoy the marines so the charismatic captain had to at least help him get away, lest he be put to another form of Arena.
The horrors of the Arena still stayed with Jinn as the voyage progressed into the second day, perhaps it was the medicine that Dimitiri had given him, perhaps it was the smell of the blood, or how close he was to completely losing his grasp forever. In his new quarters Jinn barely slept, he often awoke to either the sound of the watch ticking, with sweat on his brow, or the sound of scratching, hell even last night he could have sworn he had been bitten on the leg. The only proof was the red mark on his leg. Something wasn’t right, and now on the third day he spent most of it in his ‘war room’ something this new ship had that pleased the captain thoroughly, a room to strategise and consult with his crew, right next to his own quarters. What’s more it had booze in the cabinets, and maps, albeit old maps, or islands.
Occasionally as the eagle eyed captain studied these maps he’d look up to see a mainly white little dot in the rafters above his desk, it was looking down at him. Leaning back the captain would raise his leg across his other knee and scratch at the red spots that had appeared the night before, each time with a bit of pain. Then it slowly dawned on him, it was this thing. There had been rats and mice on the ship, there often was on newly bought ones, but this one was different, somehow….
As the captain looked up at him he ran a hand through the little bits of hair that came down from his bandana, and brushed the piece of cloth away, sighing a bit as he continued to stare at the mouse. Something was definitely off, was it staring him down? Furrowing his brow he placed hi bandana on the table, and mussed up his hair with his free hand before saying quietly, just above a whisper “You….You bit me didn’t you…” At that the mouse continued for a second or two more, as if thinking on whether to give an answer or not, before running off into the shadows of the rafters. “I’m losing it…A mouse that knows what it does…” Going back to the papers on his desk, he looked up to the door, and wondered what his crew was doing.
Slowly raising himself from the chair at the desk, he walked casually over to the door, placing a firm hand on the floor, he was slightly more casually dressed, his crimson coat was hung up, his bandana off and his hair flowing around his head and framing his face in what many would consider a ‘naturally handsome’ way. His shirt had a couple of the top buttons unfastened which showed off a bit of his chest. Opening the door, he stepped out below the helm, he looked up to where it would be, and before he noticed anything else, he saw that mouse once more looking at him before going over to the top part of the deck and out of his view.
